Insole-King has developed two milling machines including software for milling custom insoles and supplements. The machines are connected to the Insole-King web system, which makes it possible to directly retrieve and mill the orders which are made .

Web-King insole milling machine 770
The Web-King insole milling machine 770 for Orthotic milling, is the most sold model of the series. This CNC standard 3-axle milling machine features a servo motor and large manoeuvre space. Two insoles can be milled at the same time. The large room makes it also possible to mill any insole and material. The machine is fitted with a vacuum pump to keep the insole blanks in place while milling. The machine takes approx. 10 minutes for milling a pair and has a maximum capacity of approx. 6 pairs per hour.
